Places Of Delivery

We deliver to most countries around the world, you can consult the list of the countries by clicking here. If your destination country is not on the list, we encourage you to fill our custom orders form so we can make it happen.

Delivery Dates

Please consult our calendar in order to see all the dates available for delivery, you can do it here. Make sure to choose the destination country first. If the date of your choice is available in the calendar, this means we can deliver on that day. Orders received for public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order 5 working days before the delivery date. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Order Modification

Feel free to modify your order up to 5 working days before the desired delivery date. Please contact us by filling the form available here.

Flower Substitution

Since every flower bouquet we prepare is a unique creation, small differences might be visible between the original and the final product. 

While we make sure your order arrives following the description, it may be necessary to substitute some flowers on several occasions. We will try to notify you, however, please note this might not always be possible.

There is no reason to worry, we will always use the most similar product, based on the same or greater value!

*Please note that for bouquets made of red roses, we will always contact you before to accept the substitution.

Additional Products

While additional products such as vases, chocolate boxes, teddy bears and others depend on our local florist’s availability, the highest quality is always guaranteed.

Deliveries To Hospitals

In order to ensure successful delivery it’s essential to provide the following information:

  • full name of the recipient

  • name of the hospital

  • information whether the recipient is a patient or a member of the staff. In case the recipient is a patient the room number and the name of the ward are a mandatory

  • telephone number of the recipient as well as the telephone number of the hospital

If the delivery can not be arranged due to a lack of one or several of the information listed above, we will attempt to contact you in order to complete the necessary details so we can successfully fulfil your order. Please be aware that cancellation of the order will not be possible.

Deliveries For The Funerals

In order to ensure successful delivery it’s essential to provide the following information:

  • full name of the deceased 

  • exact delivery time of the funeral

  • the full address as well as the name of the funeral home

  • the local phone number for the relative or a person who could help with coordinating the delivery

In case of delivery cannot be arranged due to lack of information listed above we will attempt to contact you in order to complete the necessary details so we can successfully fulfil your order. Please have in mind that cancellation of the order will not be possible. 

Deliveries To Hotels

In order to ensure successful delivery it’s necessary to provide the following information:

  • full name of the recipient 

  • name of the hotel

  • information whether the recipient is a guest or a member of the hotel staff. In case the recipient is a guest in the hotel, the room number is the essential

  • telephone number of the recipient as well as the telephone number of the hotel

In case of delivery cannot be arranged due to lack of information listed above we will attempt to contact you in to complete the necessary details so we can successfully fulfill your order. Please have in mind that cancellation of the order will not be possible.

Deliveries For Weddings And Other Special Occasions

In case your order is being delivered to the wedding or any other special occasion, please make sure to provide us with:

  • full name of the recipient

  • the name of the occasion

  • the time of the ceremony 

  • the exact address, for example, the name of the church in case of the wedding 

  • a telephone number for the recipient or any person that could help with coordinating delivery

In case of delivery cannot be arranged due to lack of information listed above we will attempt to contact you in to complete the necessary details so we can successfully fulfill your order. Please have in mind that cancellation of the order will not be possible.

Deliveries to PO BOX

Please be informed we cannot guarantee deliveries to PO box addresses. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you requesting different delivery details if possible. Otherwise, we will cancel your order.

Deliveries Failed Due To Absence Of The Recipient

The recipient was absent? No reason to worry. Our florist will attempt to call the recipient or will leave a notification note in order to arrange a new delivery. If possible, the florist may also leave the gift with a neighbor or doorman. Please have in mind that cancellation of the order will not be possible.

Deliveries Failed Due to Incorrect Delivery Information

In the event that we cannot deliver your order due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will, of course, attempt to contact you in order to complete the missing data and arrange the new delivery or pick up immediately. 

Please have in mind that on this occasion cancellation of the order will not be possible.

Rejected Deliveries

If the recipient refuses to accept the order you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Late Delivery Claim

In case your order arrives late, please contact our customer service within 7 days from the original delivery date.

Please note that if you order is delayed due to absence of the recipient or incorrect/incomplete delivery information, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Quality Claim

In order to place a quality claim, we request you to send us the photo of the bouquet within 48h from the delivery date so that we can consult with a florist and offer you a satisfactory solution.

No Delivery Claim

Your order did not arrive? Please let us know within 7 days from the delivery date, we will fix it immediately.

Currency

Our main currency is EUR.

Duplicated Orders

Please inform us immediately in case your order was duplicated. We will cancel one order always when it’s possible and your order has not been processed yet.
