4. Delivery

Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas. We will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order. We will advise you of the first available delivery date for your chosen item when you place your order. Orders received on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. Order Confirmation

Goods sold to the customer will be confirmed with an Order Confirmation from our company via e-mail.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order from the moment you place your order until 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods which must be returned within 14 calendar days of canceling. Lilubee has the right to deduct an amount for the diminished value of goods. This does not apply to flower compositions and gifts.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

Under European legislation, if you are not able to resolve any customer service issue you may have with a product or service you have purchased via our website you may consider an Alternative Dispute Resolution. 8. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

9. Refunds

We issue refunds for Contracts up to 5 days before the delivery date that appeared in the confirmation email of the original purchase of the Contract.
